Our Origins

Growing up in Northern MN I learned many trades.  One being producing Maple Syrup. Come spring it was time to go out into the woods and begin tapping maple trees.  I became fascinated with the natural sweetness nature could produce for our enjoyment.  Being in the woods listening to birds sing songs of joy as winter days were behind us, the warmth of the sun touched my face teasing that summer was near .  The boiling down of  the maple water created a sweet warmth around everything it surrounded in the sugar shack.  The finished product was rich with flavor. Amber, like the ground the trees grow from lit up my taste buds and brought a smile to my face.  A hobby I love and now can share with you.  Thank you and Enjoy.
